City of Peoria Residential Water Rate Schedule*
The Residential customer classification applies to dwelling units, attached or detached, served by an individual water meter in which only a single family resides. Examples include, but are not limited to, single family detached homes, townhouses, condominiums, and mobile homes. Townhouses, condominiums, and mobile home units with more than one unit serviced by a single meter do not fall under the single-family residential category.
