City of Peoria Residential Wastewater Rate Schedule*

The Residential wastewater rate schedule applies to all Residential, Multi-Residential, and Residential Care water categories.  The wastewater charge is applied to all accounts based on a winter average.  The winter average is based on water usage from December, January, and February.  The winter average is calculated during these months to account for lower water usage during these cooler months.  The winter average is reflected on bills beginning July 1 and will be charged until the next July, when a new winter average will be calculated.
