Municipal Court
The Peoria Municipal Court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic violations, city code violations, injunctions prohibiting harassment and orders of protection. The presiding judge of the Peoria Municipal Court, appointed by the mayor and City Council, is the Hon. George T. Anagnost. Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
