Fourth of July All American Festival at Peoria
Sports Complex 5:00 -10:00 p.m.
The Peoria Fire Department will have a
safety educational booth and the Smoke Trailer at the festival. The
Smoke Trailer lets people practice home escape drills in a safe
environment by simulating a smoke filled room. |
Discovery Series: Senior Heat Safety Presentation
– July 18th 11:00 a.m. -12:00p.m.
The Peoria Fire Department will be offering
a senior heat safety presentation at the Peoria Community Center located
at 8335 W. Jefferson St. |

– August 15th 11:00 a.m. -12:00p.m.
The Peoria Fire Department will be offering
a senior fall safety presentation at the Peoria Community Center located
at 8335 W. Jefferson St. |
Kids Day America - September 13, 2008 - 10:00
a.m.- 2:00p.m.
This 2nd annual event will be held at Rio
Vista Recreation Center in Peoria. The Peoria Fire Department will have
a fire truck, a safety booth and an appearance by Sparky the Fire Dog.
There will be many other safety related activities. |
