The Vistancia Subdivision located in Peoria, Arizona currently has a Protection Class Code of 9. The new Peoria Fire Station which is located at 28251 N El Mirage Rd. in Peoria was opened on December 6th, 2005.  The opening of this station has brought the Vistancia Subdivision Protection Class down to a rating of 3.
