A copy of this guide shall be attached to submitted drawings.  A REVIEW WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT THIS GUIDE BEING SUBMITTED WITH THE DRAWINGS.

Site plans submitted for review and approval shall contain the following information. Place your initials beside each statement to indicate necessary information is included.

1. _____Scaled drawings provided.
2. _____Required fire lanes, emergency access roadways and emergency vehicle turnarounds are outlined and dimension are marked and identified on the drawing.
3. _____Type of material used for the fire access roads
4. _____Type of construction of the building and location to the property line.
5. _____Fire lane sign locations and the sign detail are shown on the drawing.
6. _____Any gates or other barriers limiting 24-hour access to the site are shown on the plans. Key Switch & Pre-emption locations are shown on the plans.
7. _____The locations and minimum number of fire hydrants, fire department connections are identified on the drawing.
8. _____A symbol list showing symbols used on drawings and its description.
9. _____Fire line into the building.
