($50.00) A permit is required by the property owner from the Peoria Fire Department. Section 307.2.1 Authorization. Burning shall be authorized by Maricopa Air Quality Control. Section 307.2.2 Prohibited Burning. The Fire Department may require permitte to extinguish a fire if the smoke or odor is offensive or objectionable. Section 307.3 Location shall be 50 feet from a structure Exceptions 1. 15 feet if in approved container. 2. 25 feet if less than 3 feet in diameter and 2 feet high. Section307.3.1 Bonfire Shall be a minimum 50 feet from a structure or combustible material unless in a barbecue pit. Section 307.3.2 Recreation fires shall be a minimum 25 feet from structure. Section 307.4 open burning, bonfires, or recreational fires shall be constantly attended until extinquised.
