Convenient Payment Options
Express Pay
Express Pay is a
convenient payment program that provides you, our customer, the option
of paying your utility bill by automatic withdrawal from your checking
or savings account.
Each month on your due
date the City of Peoria Utility Billing system will automatically
debit your checking or savings account for the current amount due.
It is safe, convenient and easy to sign-up for.

AutoPay
AutoPay is a payment
program that allows automatic payment of your utility bill each month
from your credit card. Each month on your due date the
City of Peoria Utility Billing system will charge your credit
card on file for the current amount due. It is an effective way
to ensure your bill is paid on time each month.
