103rd Avenue and Northern Avenue
Project
Description
The City of Peoria has
determined that a signal is warranted at the intersection of
103rd Avenue and Northern Avenue. The project includes not
only signals for the intersection, but a waterline extension and
a connection to the existing utility lines. Although the
roadway is generally built out, both the north and south
approaches will require pavement changes.
The south leg of 103rd Avenue is
in the City of Glendale and they have been partnering with the
City of Peoria to insure that he changes to their road meet
their requirements.
The north leg of 103rd Avenue
will need to be widened which will require the acquisition of
right-of-way on the north east corner.
