Rehabilitation
Project
Description
The City of Peoria has
determined that the roads within the mobile Home Park located at
107th Avenue between Union Hills Drive and Beardsley Road need
to be rehabilitated. This project consists of installing
several concrete valley gutters to conduct runoff and to repair
some of the concrete aprons within the Park. It also
includes a complete mill and overlay of the roads within the
Park. The mill and overlay will be a two-inch removal and
replacement. Other work associated with this project is a
repair of some failed pavement along 107th Avenue and a
temporary sidewalk fronting 107th Avenue.
