A Special Meeting of the Council Sub-Committee for Evaluations of Municipal Judge 
and City Attorney, of the City of Peoria, Arizona was convened at 8401 W. Monroe 
Street in closed session at 2:05 p.m.

Members Present:	Vicki Hunt, Vice Mayor (Chair)
	Ron Aames, Council Member
	Joan Evans, Council Member

Other Municipal Officials Present:  Greg A. Eckman, Human Resources Director
	Dee Campbell, Executive Assistant	

Minutes:  

Council Member Joan Evans moved to approve the minutes of May 29, 2007 as 
presented.  Motion seconded by Council Member Ron Aames and carried unanimously.

Authorization to Hold Executive Session:

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03.A.1: Vicki Hunt (Chair) moved to authorize holding an 
executive session for the purpose of discussion or consideration of assignment, 
appointment, promotion, or salaries of a public officer or appointee pertaining to the 
evaluation process and performance reviews of the City Attorney and Municipal Judge.   
Council Member Joan Evans moved the session be closed, with Council Member Ron 
Aames seconding the motion which, by vote was carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT:

Being no further business to come before the board, the meeting was duly adjourned at 
4:10 p.m.
