NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY OF PEORIA, ARIZONA 
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF 
RATIFYING PAST ACTION TAKEN IN VIOLATION OF OPEN MEETING LAW

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38 - 431.05, notice is hereby given to the 
members of the City of Peoria, Arizona Historic Preservation 
Commission, and to the general public, that the City of Peoria, 
Arizona Historic Preservation Commission will hold a meeting, 
open to the public, on August 29, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. in the City 
of Peoria Council Chamber located at 8401 W. Monroe, Peoria, AZ.

The purpose of the meeting is to ratify prior action of the City 
of Peoria, Arizona, Historic Preservation Commission which may 
have been taken in violation of the Open Meeting law. This action 
involved:

1.	Adoption of minutes of October 11, 2006, not listed on 
agenda

2.	Discussion and possible action to instruct staff 
regarding Downtown District Facades, not listed for action on 
the agenda

3.	Engaging in a discussion regarding the relocation of the 
Peoria Women’s Club, not listed on the agenda

The public may obtain a detailed written description of the action 
to be ratified, and all deliberations, consultations and decisions 
by members of the public body that preceded and relate to this 
action to be ratified at the Office of the City Clerk, City of 
Peoria, Arizona, 8401 West Monroe Street, Room 150, Peoria, Arizona 
85345 during regular business hours at least 72 hours in advance 
of the meeting.
