Disposition of Absence:  Discussion and possible action to excuse absent 
members Curt Smith, Jay Cross and Russ Ullinger from the July 12, 2007 
meeting. PASSED

Minutes: Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes from the 
July 12, 2007 meeting and re-approve the minutes from the April and May 
meetings due to incorrect meeting address. PASSED

NEW BUSINESS:
1.	Scott Cooper, Economic Development Coordinator, to give presentation 
regarding the Building Bridges to Business (B3) program and the Façade 
program.

2.	Review and discuss Economic Development’s web pages.

3.	Steve Prokopek will give updates on: any recent press releases, 
the legislation regarding sales tax, and the Impact Fee Study analysis.
