PUBLIC HEARING – The City of Peoria Planning Division has updated the 1997 design guidelines that address site and architectural components. The document includes accompanying standards for Non-Residential, Single-Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Old Town, Lake Pleasant Parkway, Utility Cabinets and a modified review process. The ease and function of the document is improved with the use of photo references to provide shape to policies.
